The agreement in plain sentences.

It is an engineering description of how the platform handles your data, written so that it is accurate about the system rather than complete as an agreement. It is not a contract, nothing on it is a legal commitment, and where a real agreement would make a promise — about liability, refunds, warranties or how long we keep anything after you leave — this page deliberately says nothing instead of guessing. Reviewed text replaces it before WeTalk is generally available.
The service
We provide agents that answer conversations on your behalf. You provide the documents and the number, and you are responsible for what those documents say.
Acceptable use
No calling people who have asked not to be called, no campaigns outside the hours allowed where the number is, and no agent that pretends to be a person when asked directly.
Money
Credit is prepaid, in euros, and is charged for talk time at the rate on the pricing page. Unused credit does not expire.
Ending it
Leave whenever you like, and export your data on the way out.
