Answer in the language they called in

The agent detects the caller's language in the first sentence and stays in it for the whole conversation, including the numbers and the read-back.

Where we actually are with the twenty-six

Twenty-six languages is what we have committed to for launch, and we would rather you read that as a plan than as a boast. Three are finished today — Greek, English and Hebrew, the three with voices, recognition tuning and evaluation already proven — and the rest arrive one complete pack at a time. A language is never half-offered: until its phrases, its refusal detection, its voice and its evaluation are all done, you cannot pick it, and there is no English quietly standing in behind it. An agent that switches to English mid-sentence because a phrase was missing is worse than one that was never offered in that language.

One agent, several languages

Pick the languages an agent should handle and a voice for it. There is no separate agent per language, and no phone menu asking people to press a number.

Numbers and money read correctly

Totals, times and addresses are spoken the way that language speaks them, which is where most machine translation falls over on the phone.

Transcripts in both

Every transcript keeps the original language and an English rendering beside it, so anyone in your team can read what happened.
