The survey agent calls your list, asks your questions in their language, and files the answers here where you can read and download them.
Questions in, answers out
One question per line. Scales are read as "one to five", open questions are written down as the person says them, and a refusal ends the conversation politely and is recorded.
Results stay on the platform
Nothing to integrate. Read them by question or by person, compare campaigns side by side, and download a spreadsheet whenever you want one.
Ask the same person again
A second conversation files a second survey rather than overwriting the first, so you can read one customer across rounds — or use a different question set for people you have already surveyed.
