Every agent starts as a template built for one kind of conversation. You hand over your own document, and we tailor the agent to it. Nothing is written from a blank page.
A template is most of the work
Delivery and ordering knows how a menu is read, how modifiers and sizes are confirmed, and how an address is taken. Survey knows how to ask one question at a time and stop when someone says no. What is missing is your content, and that is all we ask for.

Submit your document and close the page. We extract items, prices, modifiers or questions, generate the conversation, run it against a test set and email you when it is ready to hear. Nothing goes live until you place a test call.

An agent never invents a price, a time or a policy. When a caller asks something the documents do not answer, it transfers to the person you nominate or takes a message, and the question is listed for you to answer once.
