Bring your own number and trunk

Keep the number on your window and your receipts. Connect your provider's SIP trunk and your agents answer that number and call out from it, and we never ask you to port anything.

Any SIP provider
0 numbers you have to port
30 s to move outbound calls to the other carrier when one degrades

Any trunk that speaks SIP

Connect your provider's trunk yourself on Numbers & SIP, check the connection and place a test call. The trunk's recent SIP activity shows each call setup and the codec actually negotiated, so a failure is something you can read rather than something you report.

Or take a number from us

Local numbers in the countries we cover, assignable to an agent in a minute. Useful for a survey campaign that should not dial from your main line.

Two carriers, and what that honestly buys you

Outbound calls are placed across two carriers: if one degrades, new outbound calls go to the other within thirty seconds, and calls already up are never moved. Inbound is different and we would rather say so. A number we give you is homed on one carrier, and moving it is a porting operation measured in days, so inbound failover exists only if you dual-home your own trunk on two carriers — which we will set up with you, per agent, on request.

Test the trunk before you commit

Connect a number, place a call, and only point real traffic at it when you are satisfied.
